So my strength training partner in crime M tagged me in this video today on Facebook...and pretty much the whole time I was watching this, my mouth was hanging wiiiiide open. There is some supercrazyawesomeamazing strength going on here...this dude's core is unreal! What shocks me too is that the people in the gym aren't really paying any attention to him, like it's no big deal. "Oh yeah, that guy? Meh. He's pretty strong and all but I can do pushups on just my pinkies."
Prepare to be impressed, folks.
